However, through the reconfigurability and modularity of Libera instruments, we can accommodate a variety of end-user requirements. Libera instruments are developed and manufactured by the Instrumentation Technologies Company. Established in 1998, the business has grown from a garage-based start-up to an established company, known for its Libera and Red Pitaya products.
