Instrumentation Technologies guarantees that the products supplied are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years*. This warranty shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use or inadequate maintenance and care. Instrumentation Technologies shall not be obliged to provide service under this warranty to repair damage resulting from maintenance by personnel other than Instrumentation Technologies representatives.
This warranty is limited to the repair and, if necessary, the replacement of the instrument based solely on the decision of Instrumentation Technologies. Each instrument is subjected to a quality test. Any early failures are detected by this method.
*Please note: the warranty period applying to the Libera Sync and Libera MONACO 3 is of 1 year.

- Make the arrangement about the returns with Instrumentation Technologies before sending the goods.
- Take care of secure packing, use preferably the original cartons.
- Shipping charges and insurance from Instrumentation Technologies site to the customer is responsibility of Instrumentation Technologies. Required delivery terms: DDP Solkan (Incoterms 2010).
- Instrumentation Technologies guarantees to carry out any repair of its equipment in 30 days after receiving the goods.
- Ship the goods to Instrumentation Technologies d.o.o., Velika pot 22, SI-5250 Solkan, Slovenia
- If the goods are out of warranty: The customer is liable for shipping, insurance and all duties for the return of shipments to Instrumentation Technologies and back. Required delivery terms: DDP Solkan (Incoterms 2010). The repair is payable.
- Non-EU members: If you come from a non-EU member state you are liable to prepare an additional Pro-forma invoice, mentioning delivery terms: DDP Solkan (Incoterms 2010).
- Send the goods on reparation advising us of the day of shipment.
