Instrumentation Technologies guarantees its customers that the products it supplies are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years.*

This warranty shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use or inadequate maintenance and care. Instrumentation Technologies shall not be obliged to provide service under this warranty in cases when equipment covers had been opened by personnel other than Instrumentation Technologies representatives. This warranty is limited to the repair and, if necessary, the replacement of the instrument based solely on the decision of Instrumentation Technologies. *Please note: the warranty period applying to the Libera Sync and Libera MONACO 3 is of 1 year.

Instrumentation Technologies warrants that the media on which the Software is furnished will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and that the Software substantially conforms to its published specifications. Instrumentation Technologies does not warrant that the operation of the Software shall be uninterrupted or error-free. Instrumentation Technologies encourages users to report errors in order to constantly improve its products. Instrumentation Technologies will, at its option and according to the current projects pipeline, repair the reported errors.

With the Libera hardware warranty, Instrumentation Technologies guarantees its customers that the Libera instruments it supplies are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years*. Further, an extended warranty for up to two years is available. The warranty covers the cost of repair and may include replacement of certain components. The same pricing conditions of the standard warranty apply to the warranty extension.
